Job Description
• Abilty to handle multi-discipline Projects efficiently adopting a systematic planning in execution and achieving the set targets as per the projects schedule.
• Plan the Construction Project and prepare a Construction Schedule based on the scope of work in conjunction with the Project Director.
• Cooperate fully with the Project Director to get the Project completed upto the satisfaction of the Owner.
• Process contract drawings and specifications and ensure that the Project are built in accordance with these documents.
• Ensure that the contract drawings are the same as the estimate set of drawings.
• Process changes received from the Engineering Consultant including contacting the Material Vendors for pricing, checking Vendors quotations to ensure that they are complete and reasonable, and itemizing changes and presenting them to the Engineering Consultant with confidence that the pricing is in accordance with the changes.
• Meet with Owners and Engineering Consultant in a Professional Manner and have the ability to Communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company.
• Ensure payment in full for the contract price including all accumulative changes and credits, etc.
• Instill a positive working relationship with the Owners and Engineering Consultant to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of Vendors billings.
• Monitor in conjunction with the Project Director a Project’s Material and Labour costs and ensure accurate quality reporting is being conducted.
• Have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.
• Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the Project’s estimate in conjunction with the Project Director.
• Recognize competent subordinates worthy of promotion and be abreast of position vacancies to ensure staff progression.
• Conduct project meetings, bi-weekly or monthly as needed.
• Coordinate, manage and communicate with all Vendors / Sub-Contractors and effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labour, schedule and payment disputes.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of trade unions, their agreements and stipulations.
• Ensure that the project is in a positive cash flow position and prepare Project Reports accurately and timely for submission to the Project Director.

• Experience / Knowledge of Construction, Design, Finance and Management required.
• Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities are vital.
• Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills essential.
• Proficiency in department’s computer system, department software, and typing necessary.
• High level of commercial and contractual skills.
• Experience of prioritizing own responsibilities and work to deadlines.

We are experienced in EPCC contracts in the oil field and having a contract with GNPOC for executing Field Surface Facilities Phase 4 (FSF4) and our scope covers engineering, procurement and construction of 45 wells, well head facility, 8 nos of Oil Gathering Manifold and flow lines of approximately 180 kms (approx) with the total value of USD 40 millions.
We have recently been awarded TWO BIO REMEDIATION PROJECTS for EPCC Electro Mechanical works at BAMBOO AND UNITY from GNPOC, total project valued at USD 9.5 millions.
The company has professional approach in its operations and has the ability to control and enforce better job tracking, purchasing policies, cost control, meticulous financial management and ability to forecast work flow/cash flow as required for companies engaged in multiple long term projects and demonstrating regulatory compliance, reporting and monitoring the projects and complete the projects successfully on time.
Facilities at Heglig:
We have an organized set up at Heglig consisting of base camp with 200 people’s capacity, workshop full fledged offices, specialized piping, construction engineers, technicians, and HSC and QA/QC departments. We have an fully equipped workshop with state of the art tools and equipments comprising own welding generators, compressors, pipe layers, piling machines, sand blasting & painting equipments, mobile cranes, electrical testing equipments. We have our own trucks, low bed trailers.
Facilities at Thar Jath:
We have recently acquired the camp of M/s BWSC at Thar jath Base Camp to accommodate 120 persons with all facilities, in addition to the facilities available with our JV partner SUDAN PILE and We can also mobilize any equipment from our Heglig camp in case of emergency requirement.
In view of our sound experience in executing the similar projects and availability of plant, equipment and manpower, we are confident of taking up new projects assigned to our joint venture by your esteemed organization.
The following are few of our on going projects in EPCC Civil & ELECTRO MECHANICAL WORKS
1) Field Surface Facility Phase – 4 Project at Heglig : Construction of Well
Head Facilities OGM’s and Flow lines.
2) Minor Maintenance Contract : Mechanical, Piling, Electrical,HV & LV cable
laying and termination, maintenance of tanks, pressure vessels, rectifications and modification of piping system of CPF’s, FPF’s & OGM’s
3) Site Preparation of Electrical Submersible Pump : Installation of variable
speed drive skid with step-down transformers, termination of 55KV HV cable
and civil foundation for said equipment.
4) Electro Mechanical EPCC work for BIO REMEDIATION SYSTEM at BAMBOO Field.
5) Electro Mechanical EPCC work for BIO REMEDIATION SYSTEM at UNITY
Field.
6) Civil Construction works of 3 X 250 MW power plant at Kosti.
