Vendor Management , Performance management and planning of performance enhancing payouts.
Process Management
Identify new vendors
Identify mkt trends,give feedback
Responsible for maintenance of Stat Cards, Cashbooks

Prior collections exp is must
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage people.
