· Revenue / Usage enhancement of the post paid & prepaid customers thru segmented product offering & up-sell / cross-sell strategies
· Consumer promos to stimulate usage & trial
· Incremental Revenue from new U&R initiatives
· Roll out retention programmes & plans to arrest churn
· Reaction to competition products to protect the existing base
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE/MBA with exp in handling Usage and Retention in a telecom industry is a must
