Job Description:
JD:
The Junior Engineer should do the following work, but not limit following work:
Site survey
Do RF/MW site survey according to project requirement
Drive test
Do the drive test, collect drive test data according to project requirement
Do the drive test data analysis, solve call drop, coverage common network problem
OMC operator
Assist RNO engineer configure cell parameters in OMC room
Assist RNO engineer modify network parameters in OMC room
Assist DT engineer, work in OMC room
Getthe KPI report by daily wise/weekly wise/month wise according to project requirement
Customer complaint handle
Record customer complaint and do the simply test by handset according to project requirement
Network Optimization
RF optimization, analysis the DT data and traffic performance data, provide the RF adjustment proposal
Traffic analysis, monitor traffic, KPI monitor, cell parameters checking
System alarm collect, do the necessary analysis
Desired Candidate Profile:
· More than 1 year experience work on telecomm
· Should have basic concepts of wireless technology
· Have the basic knowledge of drive test
· Have the basic knowledge of site survey
· Have the basic knowledge of traffic analysis
· Have the basic knowledge of the alarm analysis
· Good English written, oral
