Site Audit Go together with DT team with DT team, check RF parameters: Ant height check Ant azimuth check Ant down tilt check Feeder connect check RF Parameters checking Check the RF parameters according to RNO engineer’s requirement: Ant system check (feeder connect, ant information) RF system tuning Do the ant system tuning according to Planning engineer and optimization engineer Azimuth tuning Down tilt tuning Feeder connect rectify (feeder SWAP rectify) Ant height adjust

Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Rigger with background of ITI (Industrial Training Institute, short term)/Diploma preferred, Although not a necessity 2.One Rigger with Tool Kit, Fastening Belt and necessary Safety Gear 3.Rigger should not be afraid of Heights, should be able to work on Tower top 4.Rigger should have some basic knowledge of Antenna (external features), Cabling, Connectors, Tower, Equipment room 5.Rigger should be able to work Independently 6.Rigger should have the prior experience & knowledge of Installing Antennas, Adjusting Antenna Tilts, Adjusting Antenna Azimuth, Cabling, Making Connectors, Identifying Cabling (Like tracing a cable) etc 7.Any, basic test equipment knowledge is an added advantage (like cable sweep) 8.Rigger shall be available as per Huawei Project requirement. 9.Should provide but not limit following tools Compass Down tilt measure tools Tape measure 10．Mobile for communication 12. Rigger should be familiar the work area
