Sales Manager for the leading Life Insurance company in Agra. Local candidates from any industry(NON INSURANCE PREFERED) with at least 1 year of sales experience can apply. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for Recruiting and training of Insurance Consultants. ð Help insurance consultants develop a business plan by training them on their prospect base and helping them in generating new business. ð Provide sales training support to insurance consultants to equip them with requisite knowledge & skills to perform sales tasks. ð On the job field visit to coach insurance consultants and provide feedback and collective action. ð Activity ratio of insurance consultants - ensure that all the advisors are activated as per company norms. ð Ensuring service and delivery excellence to clients. ð Motivating the consultants for more business generation.
