Job Description:
The incumbant will be head of HR, IR and Administration functions of the company and its sister concern which employ over 1500 people including over 1000 workers. He will be responsible for designing, proposing and implementing modern practices in the areas of HR/ IR/ Administration.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be an MBA (HR specialisation) from a reputed institute with about 10 years experience in HR/ IR/ Admin including 5 years as functional head in a medium sized manufacturing company. Should be familiar with statutory provisions, manpower planning, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, reward/ punishment systems etc. Should have the zeal and initiative to push for and implement modern HR policies.
