Job Description:
Ensuring the smooth execution of the EMT Training both foundation and Refresher courses.
Coordinating with the HR training and development team for generating program calendar.
Scheduling the medical training.
Planning the faculty requirements.
Coordination with the Regional mangers and District managers for training programmes, especially for refresher training programmes.
Coordinate with the Government hospitals for foundation training- includes regular meetings with hospital authorities.
Ensure training hours for faculty in EM-learning.
Organize first responder programmes for Community, Volunteers and Staff.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBBS ( +MD) Physicians trained emergency medicine, Critical Care , Casualty, with ACLS /BLS certifications ( preferred)
