The Consulting job role covers, but not limited to the following:

include customer segmenation, risk identification, validation/
assesment of new businesses and markets, product/service
launches, and realization of innovative business models.

So the consultants will be part of the team that identify synergies, manage transition and integration risks, as well as support technology transformation and people/change management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have the following:
* 6-20 Years of post MBA work experience (Mandatory) in either Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
* Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
* Should have worked atleast two of three of the following: Formulating Growth strategy, go-to-market Strategy, Merger & Acquisition, Pricing Strategy, Sales Transformation, Corporate Planing.
* Strong communication skills, both written (white papers/PowerPoint) as well as verbal and presentation
* Strong passion for the management consulting profession
* Excellent teamwork and ability to work with colleagues around the world
