Job Description:
Ensure that the station uptime of 99.99999% is maintained.
Ensure the technical team carries out preventive maintenance as per schedule and makes optimum use of equipment at the studio and transmitter site.
Inspect the studio and transmitter site at least once a month and support the technical team to ensure the necessary coverage and sound quality in station.
Ensure compliance of IT and other technical policies in the station.
Carry out a need-gap analysis on a monthly basis and communicate the findings are communicated to sales, nationally and locally.
Ensure the programming plan is in tune with the need-gap analysis and is ready at least six weeks in advance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A post- graduate preferably an MBA with at least two years of experience as a business head. Media experience would be preferred.
Must be fluent in the local language and conversant with local customs and idiosyncrasies. Should ideally have stayed in the city for the last five years.
