Job Description:
To provide Technical support by performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on customer system/applications and provide best possible solution or next step that helps issue resolution. This is an internal customer service process where the calls are logged in by employees of the company

Desired Candidate Profile:
• To take calls for Hardware support which caters to hardware troubleshooting for Bank of America employees
• Calls would related to issues related to printer, display, sound, workstation, etc
• Solving queries on software issues: Software skill set that involve troubleshooting software issues like Microsoft office, mapping drives, As400
• Agents will have to perform Password resets for various applications as well as software/applications that are included in functioning of various applications
