Job Description:
Providing technical leadership through hands-on involvement in technical projects.
Managing multiple teams, identifying and grooming team leaders and executing processes and program .
Facilitating and fostering trusting relationships between Clients and teams in India and Canada.
Setting quality standards, development of technical team leaders and review of the engineering work necessary for the successful technical execution of the development projects.
Support pre-sales activities
Should be willing to travel to Canada
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience of about 8 years in Embedded Software development projects out of which 4+ years software engineering management
Hands on background in Software development using C-language,
Good of knowledge of testing tools / methodologies etc
Handling multiple teams across development and V&V domains.
Should have Working Experience with CMM-I L3 - L5 standards.
Experience in offshore outsourcing services business especially in the context of embedded product design engineering services
Exposure to commercial activity (Pre-Sales, Partnerships, etc)
Excellent Leadership with Good Communication
Strong ability to think strategically and devise effective solutions to problems/challenges.
Self motivated, takes initiative to work in unclear environment
