Managing a team of telecallers to promote promote insurance products:
Team Leaders required to manage and meet team targets for 8-12 telecallers
Team Managers required to manage 24-40 telecallers and 2-3 team leaders to meet team targets

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in managing a telemktg team at a domestic call center:
Teamleaders: 6 months to 2 years exp
TeamManager: 2+ years exp
Sr Telecallers - 1yr + telesales exp
