Job Description:
The candidate shall be responsible to ensure that all manufacturing, production, building, equipment are always operational and are maintained as per the standards and a full preventive maintenance plan is established and adhered to. Direct control and ensure the effective implementation of quality initiatives within the engineering department. Control on maintenance budget, cost saving through improved quality. Respond to and rectivy all plant and equipment breakdowns in a timely and cost effective manner. Active participation in internal & external committees, bodies regarding health and safety initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience. PC Literace, Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of production methods, process and system within FMCG environment. Good communication and Inter-persoal skills. Able to supervise factory and office safety and fire procedures and equipments in accordance with statutory regulations and best practice. Manage and effectiely control the supply of energy to the local manufacruting and production operations.
