Job Description:
The VP of Business Development & Head for Success Academy reports to the CEO.
He/She will be responsible for business development through effective trainings and thereby increase network sponsoring. Also ensure a seamless launch of success academy.
1. Network Development/Business Development:
Improve sponsoring to build a large network base.
Strategically pick 2-3 cities in one region at a time & scale them up on the model of Bangalore which is running successfully
Build relationships with consultants/Motivate leaders to move to higher levels of achievement
Plan the revenue targets/sponsoring of the identified cities & achieve the same as per plan
2. Enhance Leadership Capability
To help them reach next level
Deelop capability of consultant to drive business on their own
Develop capability of leaders to conduct independent motivational/business opportunity programs (in line with Bangalore model)
Develop self sufficient/funding business model.
3. Development of consultants and tracking their growth
Ensure that all leaders are adequately trained and informed at all times to be able to effectively mentor their downlines
Assess consultants/leaders training needs and make available necessary tools/training.
Monitor the progress of consultants
Monitor the progression of leaders to higher levels of performance.
Relate actual performance Vs the budget planned. Achieving the same through motivating, guiding or developing the leadership.
Guide / counsel them in real time business situations
4. Develop effective training modules for sales development
MLM Training modules
Module development for different level of leadership
Opportunity Meeting modules
5. Success Academy
Development of training tools to support business development/training activities
All tools (Books/Audio/Video) will be under the same.
All tickets sold to be under this name.
Making SA a profitable venture by bringing effective tools & marketing the same.

• MBA from a reputed institute
• Minimum 15 years experience in Business Development & Training Function in direct selling industry.
