Job Description:
Huge and bulk volume based warehouse activities
Coordination with Production and shipping on material availability.
Manpower and material handling equipment management
Planning material receipt, placement, and storage in a huge warehouse.
Planning internal logistics and integration of safety in work practice Proficient in /SAP/ERP system/MS office/inventory management
Effective coordination skills and leadership qualities
Desired Candidate Profile:
Daily planning of manpower and equipments for internal logistics
Ensure safe Finished goods material movement from production line to warehouse storage area with adherence to SOP in storage norms.
Ensure the material movements are properly updated in system and highlight the losses and shortages.
Coordinate with shipping/production/PPC for placement plan, repacking, and material status.
Ensure the location accuracy and stock accuracy in warehouse by physical audits and maintaining high operational disciplines.
Proper maintenance of shop floor and house keeping and ensure safety norms in operations
Participate and ensure the physical audits of warehouse are accurate.
Optimize the resources ,manpower and warehouse space to reach the targets
Continuous improvement in targets and performance of the department
